Go back into your router settings and put zeros for every number. Including the address ports and the IP you were forwarding.

It won't change nothing on your PS3, unless you are not using a Dynamic IP. (whatever its called)

Reset your router - if its not wireless, this should be simple, your routers IP should stay 192.168.1.1 or whatever.
From there, this forum HAS A STICKY THREAD about how to Port-Forward your settings, making a static IP address and configuring everything else for the PS3.
Please, go read that thread, located here: http://www.leftanalog.net/t21-ps3-port-forwarding-tutorial
PS - if you have a cheap router, like, a Netgear router, then, you're fucked because they are shitty, and tend to disconnect your port-forwarding addresses from time to time. Get a LinkSys if you don't already have one.
