Friday I sat down and drew up a diet plan and work out schedule. Emptied the cabinets of all the processed junk food and artery cloggers. Took off to store and stocked up on all natural with protein back ups. Drug all the equipment out and turned the livingroom back into a gym. Lets see how long until relapse wins lol.
Oh and yesterday turned into some cleansing day I didn't approve of. The fiber/protein bump up ran through like janitors on speed.
