Second i'd take 1 stick of RAM out at a time. Then swap the position of the sticks. Just to be sure its not a stick of RAM or a slot it goes in.
When does it get BSOD? Do you get into Windows then it happens? Or is it before anything even posts?

Switched dimm locations works fine.
Whenever I access a file from of my two new hard drives, it does the bsod. Can't figure it out.
