Just did the fit test. With nose running and coughing up mucus in a 50 degree gym. Might have to retake that test for accurate results.
Not sure if it'll keep interest for 60 days. Or if I drop 15 lbs, might stop doing it.

The girl in the fit test kicked my ass, I can't hang with her as of yet. Even though she looks like a fitness instructor and 5 yrs younger.

Actually did 5 disk. Missed Wed due to soccer.
My shins splints are full effect, they burn all the time from this jumping and hopping around.
Insane cardio for not moving out a 10x10 area.
I have no core power, all of the ab workouts are failures and I fall trying to keep balance.
I have no flexibility, can not reach toes or ankles to do most stretches and some positions of exercise
Forgot if fit test is weekly or every 2 weeks. I miss weights.

The camera man is fantastic. When doing lunge stretches or anything that requires the women to squat ass to floor, he puts camera on floor with them to show face and the center of the screen is 6 inches of shorts being eaten by that tootie cat.

Lifting is usually about 40 minutes + the 15 minutes on heavy bag
If it's a low key stretching Insanity day, I'll run 2 miles after.
On days don't have time to do entire disk, will get on treadmill for 15-20 minutes

In that transformation point where you see weight vanishing and you have to decide if you want size or definition and try to do both and end up squishy again.
There's not a non-steroid taking human alive that can finish these disk rep for rep without falling out. NO ONE, including Shawn-T, can finish the sets. They're all falling out and laying on ground. Not even going by the fact, that he skips numbers while counting reps and does half movements to move on. It works, but if the instructor can't finish it.. doesn't really encourage you to getting to a finish line.
