Didn't "Walk" have a big muscular brother in marines? I bet that was really him. He wanted us in his candy van.

as we age, stretching is absolutely mandatory, especially if you sit down at work a lot. There's a great book that's help my flexibility and ability to recover
I really should incorporate some yoga into my routine, but I feel like I'm already maxed out on time

Dude I totally feel ya. Im 28.. and have had a bad back for years now. Which doesnt sound quite right? lol. I remember spraining my lower back and not being able to get off the floor. From what??? Sleeping wrong. Ever since that incident Im pretty sure there is more wrong with my back than they say.
Shit over the last few months... my hip has been killing. To the point where I am walking with a noticeable limp. I dont like doctors (does anyone?) so I havent gone.
I think I need a foam roller. And some Yoga. lmao

Stretching seems to take so much time in short and long run. 30 extra minutes pre/post workouts, years to notice an inch more of flexibility. BUT ... it does pay off. You feel stronger and can go more range of motion getting a better workout.
Haven't mastered the foam roller, usually lay on it 2 minutes and throw it aside. Holding stretches and forcing self to do more leg stuff, my high kicks are much smoother snaps and can get legs over own head. Used to get about shoulder height completely off balance.

I was thinking that was possible. Or... more recently I was thinking - Arthritis. Only because man these last few really freezing ass days I can barely lift my leg without feeling a sharp pain. Just walking seems to hurt it. I find myself constantly lifting my leg up and down just to try and stretch out something and make the pain a little less as I walk. Its odd though, because once my leg is lifted.. its fine. Its just the lifting it part.. theres a small range in that motion that causes a sharp pain on the outside of my hip.
Wish I was more active in my motion (cardio) as I was younger. Would of helped tremendously now lol. I suppose its never to late to start... sigh.
