Should have done it from the beginning, would have gotten more first adopters.
Only way they'll get ahead of sony, is if they drop the price more....same price for a system not as powerful, just won't cut it.

Looks like it was a good move to get Phil Spencer in there. The only reason the system was less powerful was because I think I read somewhere that 10% of its power had to be dedicated to Kinect. Now if that's not the case I'm sure it'll be different.
