yes, you can "identify" as a woman once you've had the surgery, BUT YOU ARE NOT ACTUALLY A WOMAN in the sense that you can compete in athletic event versus women who were born with the XX chromosome, and all the inherent disadvantages they have against someone who spent most of their life with the build of a man
and I loathe having to "agree" with Crossfit on anything..lol
