Email is nothing but junk registrations. Don't use it for anything.

I think I sent an E-mail in 2011.
Everyone has a forum/social site to reach them so an E-mail is useless nowadays.

1 is my very first one, from the mid 1990's when hotmail first came out. I get 40-50 spam emails in my junk folder a day.
I have one just to deal with our Maui condo.
I have my work email.
Then I have a personal email where ONLY person-to-person emails take place. Banking, family, etc. only reliable contacts, as to eliminate spam.
They are all synced to my phone. I bet 95% of the emails I get, especially for the condo, are time sensitive, so, I usually respond to emails within a few minutes of receiving them.
With the condo, I have snagged quite a few guests who were deciding between a few properties, simply because I replied so soon.
I think one's connection to their email is in direct proportion to the importance of what comes through it. Used to never check it, now I HAVE to check it a lot.

Oh shit! That's what the space probe is for, to retrieve deleted emails.

Emails work by inputting forms into databases. Even after you delete the email, it will always remain in database. Any IT guy can look through it. Although I think there is some sort of ethical protocol they have to follow.
