Multiple insurance companies will always state this, especially when they "recommend" to start shopping when you're 25. They say this so they can keep you in their system, knowing you can find a better rate.
As I stated to you in my OP, Age, Location, Credit history, driving history, Accidents/violations and at times insurance credit history play a factor in lowering your rates any any age. 25 is just a recommendation since most don't even live on their own at that age, and still rely on mommy and daddy to pay some/most of their bills. (no offense).
The waiting until you're 25 scheme is silly. Shop around, see what you're bound to get without waiting.
Interesting. I'll have to check that out then. Also, not offended if it doesn't apply to me and wouldn't be if it did.
