I had a SHINING moment of fast thinking yesterday. The map is Yemen. My team is down by 3 (or maybe 2 or 5 somewhere around there). The game is like 65-60 the other team is winning. I see a teammate die on the edge of the map so I make my way towards the skull. As im going there I find a guy laying in a briefcase. As soon as I see him I kill him, no hesitation. Now I oculd of stunned him or maybe EMP'd him and possibly knocked him out of his streak. However from private match trials, I know that doesnt always work. So naturally I kill him. As im shooting him I see the Hellstorm missile show up on my mini-map. Typically I aim straight up and try to shoot it before it spreads. I did not do that this time. Instead, I KNEW the guy was going tot try to kill me. Either he seen me kill him and wanted revenge, OR (which im leaning towards this one) he seen me coming up on him and wanted to try and kill me before I killed HIM. So the missile is on its way down. I jump off the map and suicide. The guy gets no kill from his Hellstorm. Am I an idiot for ending my current streak? No, I only had 2 kills in my streak at the time. I prevented that guy from getting 1 kill. My team won the game 75-74.
That 1 suicide won the game for my team.
Now back to my original question. How much do you think and anticipate what is going to happen, to help you achieve victory in this game?
