If I could see myself running Tac Mask/EC/Engineer.
Also why is it certain things you would think should be available right away are not but certain things that are available right away seem as if they should be only available later? I have some examples.
Gonna look at perks first.
Light Weight: Level 4. This is good.
Flak Jacket: Level 32? This should also be a first.
Blind Eye: Level 5? I am thinking this could have waited until the 20 or 30 range but meh.
Hardline: Definitely could have waited until the 20 or 30 range.
Ghost: Have never used it. Personally this should have been a "after 2nd or 3rd prestige" thing or at least made that it cannot be permanently unlocked.
Hard Wired: Level 26? Maybe teens.
Scavenger: Level 44? Really irritating should be one of the first.
Cold Blooded: Level 4. Could have waited until around the blind eye unlock stage.
Fast Hands: Level 8. Really think this should be one of the first as well. But level 8 is not really that bad.
Toughness: Level 4. Not even sure I would ever use this.
Dexterity: Level 4 cool with that.
Engineer: Level 14 I think it should be Level 4 as well.
Dead Silence: Level 38 that's good.
Extreme conditioning: Level 4 also cool.
Tac Mask: level 20 should be sooner.
Awareness: Level 50 again not a perk I use.
Or maybe switch up the perks a bit in the tiers?
As far as equipment I can only recall four items from memory that seem odd and or irritating as to why they are unlocked so far into the leveling.
The combat axe and C4. One extremely hard to use and the other a lot harder to use than grenades. EMP grenades and the black hat as well. All of those should be available from the start and maybe put semtex and concussions a little further in.
