The last thing I'm working on is fighting my addiction to caffeine. I've stopped drinking caffeine for the month of August.. so 5 days now. I only eat fast food once a week now as a kind of reward and I no longer eat after 7pm and drink a lot more water.
After August I'm going to go to 1 soda with a meal per day. I can't wait to start this workout routine though, drop some more weight.
My weight once reached 270, which isn't terrible for someone 6'8" but I have the body type where ALL the weight wants to accumulate around my mid section. I figured dropping a few pounds would be healthier then.
The main problems for me were cheese - I was a bit of a cheese addict - and, strangely, wheat. But reducing fast food to once a month worked well for me, and I now drink a soda only once a week.
So far I'm down 35 lbs since May, but of course it's different for every individual. I know people that eat nothing but junk food, don't exercise much, but they still stay skinny somehow :/

Slim-can't gain, athletic-builds easy, heavier-hard to lose
If I picked up a 5 lb weight, I'd lose 6 lbs. Hard and expensive to gain weight and hold it.

Never knew robertt was 6'4.
Is it annoying being that big?
i bet it's bad ass.
oh and Alpha, I know the feel. The sad part is, I don't even have a legit 6 pack..

Just checked this morning... down to 232 now. w00t. I have no target weight, tho; I'm happy with my new eating habits and will the weight settle where it wishes.

I mean it's not too heavy, but not necessarily heavy either.

IF I'm ever lucky enough to achieve 200lbs of solid mass (big if) I'll be more than happy to stay there :p
